William (Bill) Jensen
William (Bill) Jensen has worked in book publishing for 45 years. He’s discovered, launched, and championed the publishing careers of numerous bestselling authors whose books worldwide have sold well over 70 million copies.
Bill has worked in every genre of book publishing. His ability to recognize target markets, develop messages for a mass audience, and bring creativity to the entire publishing process has made him a trusted collaborator with authors, Bill’s gift for creativity is likely his greatest asset to an author and their book project.
It's Bill's desire to partner with authors in building up the Church through books that bring a fresh revelation of the grace of God, builds dynamic faith, and encourages believers in all aspects of life.
Bill is married to Sheila and has four daughters and five grandchildren. His other loves include fly-fishing Oregon rivers, which he runs in his driftboat. He has been a cooking enthusiast for years and a perennial flower gardener. He’s also passionate about classical music and opera. Bill served as a board member for Eugene Opera for three years and has attended over 80 opera performances.
Teresa Evenson
Teresa Evenson has worked in the Christian publishing industry for more than 25 years. She has served as a publicist for numerous bestselling authors, worked as a publicity consultant, and later opened her own publicity firm and hosted several author media training workshops.
From 1991 to 2005, she was the Senior Publicist and Manager of Media Relations at Harvest House Publishers. She has worked with over 500 authors, writing their press kits, creating unique hooks, and pitching them to the appropriate media outlets. She has booked authors on literally thousands of national programs including Oprah, Regis & Kelley, Fox & Friends, O’Reilly Factor, The 700 Club, Focus on the Family, Family Life Today, Life Today w/James Robison, Moody Broadcasting, LeSEA Broadcasting, Daystar, BET, ABC, INSP, TBN and The David Letterman Show.
From 2005 to 2011 Teresa ran her own publicity firm where she continued her work as a publicist and media training for authors as well.
In 2014, she joined the William K. Jensen Literary Agency as an agent. She brings her rich experience of crafting winning proposals, strong personal communication skills, and work ethic to assist authors in their writing career.
Teresa is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Journalism. She loves to travel, explore new places, and has a deep love for Israel where she lived for a summer. She has served as a Bible teacher in her church for 25 years and leads trips to the Holy Land and to Europe following the steps of the Apostle Paul.
Teresa and her husband live in Eugene, Oregon, and have two grown children.
Rachel McMillan
Rachel McMillan has a rich diversity of experience in book publishing that equips her superbly in her role as a literary agent. She’s worked in both independent and chain bookstores, spent over a decade as a Sales and Editorial representative for Canada’s largest educational publisher, and is also the author of 17 books. Rachel’s writes for major publishers and she’s highly experienced in both fiction and non-fiction. Her titles include, The London Restoration, The Mozart Code and Dream Plan and Go: A Travel Guide to Inspire Independent Adventure.
Rachel is recognized as a tastemaker and influencer in the industry, her voracious appetite for reading gives her unique insights in identifying the next big hit in a crowded marketplace. As an author Rachel has firsthand experience in building authentic community in social media and can help guide her authors in doing the same. Her experience in writing, publishing, and marketing combine to make her a knowledgeable and trusted agent for the authors she serves.
Rachel’s has many passions which include history, church architecture, classical music, and theater. She has seen Les Misérables on three continents. Rachel is frequently traveling somewhere in the world though her true love is her home city of Toronto.
